The Restorative Qualities of Gentle, Relaxing Yoga
The Naturally Relaxing setting of Pristine and Healing Ocean and Beautiful white sandy Beaches
A vacation that will truly Revitalize, Restore and Renew your Mind, Spirit and Body!
The entire Tulum peninsula is an electricity-free area. The facilities have minimal impact on the environment, lighted by the stars and candles. Generated and solar powered electricity is available in our cabanas and the dining area. Our secluded resort is bounded by the jungle on one side and the ocean on the other, providing a unique opportunity to Rest within the support and essence of the natural world. There is a small market within walking distance and the famous Mayan ruins of Tulum are nearby. Mayan healers are available for sessions in massage and other forms of bodywork.

Melanie Paulk Abderrahman and Valerie Sorrentino are your hosts for this Yoga Vacation/Retreat.
The Yoga classes are suitable for anyone,,even someone who has no previous experience. Melanie and Valerie are very experienced in teaching and guiding their students to relax, go at each individual's own pace and gently guiding the participants to simply be and accept themselves completely, thus reaching a wondrous state of just " Be YOU! " The Classes will be fun, mellow and healing.
There is ample time between session to explore the ruins, have body-work, walk on the expansive white-sand beaches, swim in the turquoise waters or simply rest under the palm trees. We encourage you to "do nothing and then rest afterwards" Spanish Proverb
